Which payment methods do you accept?

Paying for your order is easy, we accept the following payment methods:

Can I spread the cost of my purchase?

Yes. We offer Klarna at checkout, subject to eligibility and status.

Depending on your eligibility, you may be able to choose:

  • Pay in 3 – Split your purchase into three interest-free instalments.
  • Pay in 30 Days – Receive your order now and pay up to 30 days later.

Klarna's payment options are subject to credit checks, approval and eligibility criteria. If accepted, your agreement is with Klarna, not Irys Publishing, and Klarna's terms and conditions apply.

Missed payments may affect your ability to use Klarna in the future and could impact your ability to obtain credit. Please borrow responsibly and ensure you can make repayments on time.
When will I receive my order?

Orders placed before 2pm UK time will be sent to fulfilment the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed the following working day.

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail International (Except orders in the UK which are dispatched using Royal Mail UK) and you will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched

Our shipping estimates are as follows:

UK: 2-3 Working days from dispatch
Europe: 3-5 Working days from dispatch
Rest of the world: Please allow up to 7 working days from dispatch to receive your order.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

We strive to ensure all items shipped by us arrive in pristine condition, however we understand from time to time there may be instances where your item is damaged during shipping.
iIf this is the case, please reach out to us by using the contact form HERE and one of the team will reach out and arrange an exchange or refund at no cost to you.
I've changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel your order at any point before it's sent for processing. Do this by logging into your account and look for the cancellation option.
If your order is already being processed, this cannot be cancelled and we recommend you wait until the item is delivered to you, then initiate a return via your account.

Please note: For change of mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of shipping and ensuring the item arrives back to us in the same condition in which it was shipped. If the item arrives to us damaged, we may deduct any damage costs from the value of your refund.

Can I request to have my book published?

We’re always happy to hear from photographers and creators with a book idea.
Please note that Irys Publishing is not a self-publishing or print-on-demand service. We publish a carefully curated selection of photography books under the Irys Publishing imprint. As a small team, our publishing calendar fills up quickly, so we’re only able to take on a limited number of new projects each year.
