Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires. You can start a return or cancellation request through your customer account by visiting our store and clicking “Returns and cancellations”.

Change of Mind / Wrong Item Ordered
If you change your mind or ordered the wrong item, you must notify us and initiate a return no later than 14 days from the date the last item in your order was delivered. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at our cost.

Within 30 days of delivery: You are entitled to a full refund.

After 30 days: Where applicable, we may replace the item with a non-faulty one.
If we receive returned items and they are found not to be faulty or damaged, we will deduct any shipping costs incurred by us from the final refund amount.
Returns After 6 Months
If more than 6 months have passed since you received the last item in your order, it is your responsibility to provide evidence that the item was damaged upon delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if sufficient evidence cannot be provided.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of postage — whichever comes first — using the same payment method as your original purchase. Standard outbound delivery costs will be refunded where applicable.
Exemptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to: digital products that have been downloaded, personalised or custom-made items, perishable goods, or sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.
